We love our sauna!! It has reached a max temp of 138 degrees after about 75 mins but it is in our basement, so we didn't expect it to warm up fast. The set up took about 2 hours with 2 people but once it was complete, everything worked perfectly. When I reached out to customer service by email, they answered immediately. 100% Recommend!
