Flat‑Rate Freight
All SaunaLife outdoor saunas ship via LTL or flat‑bed freight with curbside delivery. Rates depend on the model and region:
- Garden‑Series G2 / GL4 / GL6: $950 to the contiguous U.S.
- Garden‑Series G3 / G4: $950 via standard LTL freight (hand off‑loading) or $1,990 via flat‑bed truck (off‑loading requires a forklift or crane.
- Garden‑Series G6 / G11: $1,990 to the contiguous U.S.
- ERGO Barrel‑Series (E6 / E7 / E7G / E8 / E8G / EE8G): Most barrel models ship via LTL freight at the same flat rate as the smaller Garden saunas—$950 in the contiguous U.S. Larger or glass‑front barrel models may require flat‑bed delivery, which is charged at $1,990.
Remote or hard‑to‑reach areas may require a custom quote. A logistics specialist will contact you to schedule delivery and confirm access. Crates are lowered to the ground only; moving the sauna to its final location is your responsibility. Heaters and accessories may ship on the sauna crate or separately; additional freight may apply for heavy or fragile heaters.
Returns & Warranty
Returns
- You may return an unused, unassembled sauna within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back.
- Returns for reasons other than damage or defect incur a 20 % restocking fee and must be shipped back at your expense. If your order originally shipped under a free‑shipping promotion, the actual outbound freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
- SaunaLife saunas are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in workmanship under normal residential use. Defective components will be repaired or replaced as needed.
- Sauna heaters carry separate manufacturer warranties (generally 5 years), and accessories are warrantied for 1 year. Damage from misuse or commercial use is not covered.
- To make a warranty claim, keep your proof of purchase and contact us with photos or a description of the issue so we can arrange repair or replacement.
