Engineered for Heating Efficiency

At the center of the S6B is a professional-quality 304 stainless steel wood-burning stove. Its corrugated design and secondary combustion chamber capture additional heat from the smoke while drawing cooler water through a lower channel and redistributing heated water through an upper channel. This promotes faster, more even heating throughout the tub. The advanced stove design can reduce wood consumption by up to 50% compared with conventional wood-fired hot tubs and heat the water in as little as one-third of the time.

The 1.65-inch-thick painted black Thermo-Spruce surround creates a bold, modern appearance while delivering excellent weather resistance, dimensional stability, and thermal performance. Installation

The SaunaLife S6B arrives fully assembled but requires careful placement, leveling, and chimney installation before use. Position the hot tub on a stable outdoor foundation capable of supporting approximately 3,064 pounds when completely filled.

 

• Place the hot tub on a level, properly reinforced outdoor foundation.

 

• Maintain at least 13 feet of clearance between the hot tub and any building.

 

• Follow all applicable local fire-safety and placement requirements.

 

• Install the stainless steel chimney and protective chimney cap before operating the stove.

 

• Completely fill the tub before lighting the wood-burning stove.

 

• Maintain the water level approximately 4 inches above the section located over the stove.

 

• Use only dry firewood no longer than 13 inches.

 

• Never leave the stove unattended while it is burning.

 

• Do not exceed the recommended maximum water temperature of 105°F.

 

• Do not drain the tub until the fire and all remaining embers are completely extinguished.

 

• Drain the tub, stove, and connected water channels whenever freezing conditions are possible.

 

• Leave the drain valve open during freezing conditions to help prevent damage.

 

• Treat the Thermo-Spruce exterior and steps at least once per year with an appropriate outdoor wood oil.

 

• Use a soft cloth and non-abrasive, chlorine-free cleaner on the fiberglass interior.

 

Important Safety Information

• Never operate the stove before the hot tub has been properly filled with water.

 

• The stove and chimney become extremely hot during operation and may cause burns.

 

• Never leave children unattended in or around the hot tub.

 

• Do not exceed the seven-person recommended occupancy.

 

• Never jump or dive into the hot tub.

 

• Keep combustible materials safely away from the stove and chimney.

This oversized product ships by scheduled LTL freight. The hot tub is secured to a pallet and enclosed in protective packaging. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule curbside delivery and lower the shipment to ground level.
