Icetubs Drip Tray Large | Thermowood & Stainless Steel

Overview

The Icetubs Drip Tray Large – Thermowood & Stainless Steel (SKU 129681) is a premium cold plunge accessory designed to help keep the area around your ice bath or sauna cleaner and more organized. Combining a durable 304-grade stainless steel collection base with a removable Thermowood inlay, this drip tray provides a dedicated surface for stepping onto before and after cold-water immersion or sauna use.

Measuring 45.9 inches long, 19.7 inches wide, and 2.4 inches high, the Large Drip Tray offers additional standing space and floor coverage compared with the Small version. Water dripping from users after exiting an IceBath or sauna collects in the stainless steel tray beneath the wooden inlay, helping reduce puddles around the entry and exit area.

The Thermowood surface complements the natural wood finishes used throughout the Icetubs product collection, while the removable design makes emptying and cleaning straightforward. Suitable for indoor and outdoor placement, the Large Drip Tray is particularly well suited to Icetubs IceBath configurations and compatible Icetubs sauna installations.

For homeowners building a complete cold plunge or sauna setup, the Icetubs Drip Tray Large adds a practical finishing touch without requiring plumbing, electrical connections, or permanent installation.

Installation

The Icetubs Drip Tray Large requires no permanent installation, electrical connection, or plumbing. Simply position the tray on a suitable, level surface near the entrance to your cold plunge or sauna.

Placement: Select a stable, even surface where users naturally enter and exit the IceBath or sauna. Place the tray so it can collect water dripping from feet and legs without obstructing doors, walkways, or other access points.

IceBath Compatibility: Icetubs recommends the Large Drip Tray for its IceBath product family. Its extended length provides additional standing area for users stepping out of a bath-style cold plunge.

Sauna Compatibility: The Large Drip Tray is also suitable for compatible Icetubs sauna configurations. Confirm that its 45.9-inch length and 19.7-inch width fit the intended entrance area before ordering.

Small vs. Large: Icetubs generally recommends the smaller 27.2-inch Drip Tray for IceBarrel configurations. The Large version is intended for IceBath models and compatible sauna installations where additional length is appropriate.

Initial Setup: Place the stainless steel base in the desired location and ensure the Thermowood inlay is properly seated. Check that the tray remains stable before stepping onto it.

Floor and Drainage Considerations: The tray is intended to collect routine water drips and splashes. It does not replace waterproof flooring, proper drainage, or additional moisture-management measures required for your installation.

Operation and Usage

The Icetubs Drip Tray Large provides a dedicated stepping and water-collection area for cold plunge and sauna users. Its simple construction allows routine use without powered equipment or complicated maintenance.

• Before Entering: Step onto the Thermowood inlay to help prevent dirt and debris from being carried into the IceBath or sauna.
• After Exiting: Stand on the tray briefly after leaving the water or sauna so routine drips can collect in the stainless steel base rather than directly on the surrounding floor.
• Emptying the Tray: Carefully lift out the Thermowood inlay to access the stainless steel collection base. Dispose of accumulated water in a suitable drainage area.
• Cleaning the Base: Wipe the stainless steel collection area after emptying it. Remove accumulated dirt, moisture, and debris regularly to maintain a clean surface.
• Caring for the Thermowood: Keep the removable wooden inlay clean and allow it to dry as needed. Follow Icetubs' recommended care procedures and avoid prolonged accumulation of standing water.
• Checking Stability: Confirm that the tray is properly positioned and the inlay is seated securely before each use. Avoid placing the tray on uneven, unstable, or obstructed surfaces.
• Outdoor Use: Inspect and clean the tray periodically when used outdoors, especially after exposure to rain, debris, or changing weather conditions.
• Regular Maintenance: Empty collected water before it accumulates excessively. Periodically check the stainless steel base and Thermowood inlay for damage or unusual wear.

Important: Wet surfaces can be slippery. Step carefully when entering or exiting the cold plunge or sauna, and do not assume the tray eliminates slip hazards. Keep the surrounding area clear and follow all safety requirements for your specific installation.
