• Preheating: Allow the infrared heating system to warm the cabin before entering. Warm-up time depends on the surrounding room temperature, starting conditions, and selected temperature.
• Session Duration: Start with shorter sessions and moderate temperatures if you are new to infrared sauna use. Adjust the timer and temperature gradually according to comfort and the manufacturer's instructions.
