Electrical Requirements: This model requires a dedicated 120V, 20-amp electrical circuit with the appropriate receptacle and breaker. The manufacturer specifies a non-GFCI connection and recommends consulting a qualified electrician to verify electrical compatibility and local code requirements. This is not a 220V/240V sauna and must not be connected to a standard 15-amp household circuit.

Placement and Space Planning: The sauna measures 61 inches wide, 44 inches deep, and 75 inches high. Before assembly, confirm that the installation area provides sufficient space for the cabin, door access, roof ventilation, electrical connections, and the manufacturer-required installation clearances.

Assembly Preparation: Inspect the panels, glass, heating elements, and electrical components for shipping damage before assembly. Follow the manufacturer instructions when connecting heater wiring, installing the bench, and securing the roof panel. Do not operate the sauna if any heating elements or electrical components appear damaged.

The sauna should be installed in a dry indoor environment, away from direct water exposure, and must not be operated outdoors. Do not use extension cords, plug adapters, or unauthorized electrical modifications.

Operation and Usage

The MX-J306-02S uses an interior LED control panel to manage sauna temperature and session duration. Its dual-technology infrared heating system produces radiant warmth without requiring the higher air temperatures commonly associated with traditional steam saunas.

• Starting a Session: Press the power button, select your preferred temperature and session time, and activate the heating system using the control panel. The manufacturer lists 118°F–132°F as an ideal temperature range, with a maximum listed temperature of up to 140°F.
• Preheating: Allow the infrared heaters to warm the cabin before entering. The owner's manual provides approximately 20–30 minutes to reach 122°F as a general reference, although actual warm-up time depends on ambient temperature and conditions.
• Session Duration: Adjust the built-in timer to your preferred session length. New users can start with shorter sessions and moderate temperatures, increasing gradually according to personal comfort and the manufacturer's guidance.
• Lighting and Audio: Use the chromotherapy lighting and red-light feature to personalize the cabin atmosphere. Connect a compatible device through Bluetooth or the MP3 auxiliary input to listen through the integrated speakers.
• Ventilation: Use the adjustable roof vent to help manage cabin airflow and personal comfort during a session.
• After Each Session: Turn off the sauna and allow the heating elements to cool. Wipe interior wood surfaces with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, and allow the cabin to dry. Avoid chemical or abrasive cleaners unless expressly approved by the manufacturer.
