5. Refunds & Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Since our products ship from different suppliers, return addresses vary.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • If a chargeback is initiated without contacting Sauna Luxuries for a resolution first, we reserve the right to ban future purchases and pursue legal action if necessary.
