Returns, Refunds & Warranties | Brand-Specific Policy

We work with premium manufacturers that each maintain their own return and warranty guidelines. Please review the brand-specific policies below carefully before purchasing.


Dundalk Leisurecraft

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted under standard conditions.

  • If a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee applies.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom or modified products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after Dundalk inspects and approves the returned item.

  • All damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.

Warranty

  • 3-Year Residential Warranty on manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Does not cover misuse, improper installation, or commercial use.

  • Warranty claims require photos and a written explanation.


Medical Saunas

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted unless the unit is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If approved, a 20% restocking fee applies.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Saunas must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Installed or modified units are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • All products are inspected prior to shipment.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are granted only after review and approval by Medical Saunas.

Warranty

  • 3-Year Parts Warranty on all sauna models.

  • Labor is not included.

  • Warranty is valid only for customer-installed units.

  • White glove or professional installation is available for an additional fee but does not extend warranty coverage.


Scandia Manufacturing

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee — no exceptions.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping, including original shipping charges on “free shipping” promotions.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.

  • Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will deduct any original shipping charges incurred by Scandia.

  • Refused Deliveries:

    • UPS/FedEx/USPS: 15% restocking fee + all shipping costs.

    • Freight Deliveries: 25% restocking fee + all shipping costs.

  • Return address must be confirmed with Scandia’s customer service prior to sending the product back.

Warranty

  • All warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly.

  • Scandia does not provide additional coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Contact customer service with photos and a written explanation to initiate a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any installed equipment

  • Buckets, ladles, aromatherapy oils, towels

  • Back and head rests

  • Sauna room kits (modular or pre-cut)

  • Steam cabinets, doors, and all custom-made products

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for custom items (e.g., sauna kits, heaters, steam rooms, doors) can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders are final and non-refundable.
