Returns Policy:

• Coverage: Dundalk Leisurecraft products are covered by a 3-Year Residential Warranty for manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials.

• Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

• Commercial Use: Using Dundalk products in commercial settings voids the standard warranty.

• Claim Process: Warranty claims must include photos and a written description submitted by the original purchaser.

• We cover the $320 residential delivery fee for sauna deliveries to residential addresses.
