How long to heat up?
Expect ~15–30 minutes to reach the 120–130°F sweet spot depending on room temp and ventilation.
What temperature should I use?
Most users prefer 118–132°F for 15–30 minutes. The unit can reach up to ~140°F.
Can I place this on carpet?
A firm, level surface is best. Low-pile commercial carpet over a solid subfloor is usually fine; avoid thick/padded carpet that retains moisture.
Do I need a special outlet?
It plugs into a standard 120V/15A household outlet, but use a non-GFCI receptacle on a dedicated circuit for reliable performance.
Is it 220/240V compatible?
No. This model is 120V only.
Any ventilation or off-gassing?
Constructed from natural Canadian Hemlock. Run an initial “burn-in” session and crack the door slightly if you’re sensitive to new-product smells.
