Shipping Area

• Free ground shipping to the continental United States

 

• No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international locations

 

• Ships to physical street addresses only

 

 

Processing and Transit

• Typical processing time is 1 to 3 business days

 

• Standard ground transit is usually 3 to 7 business days after shipment

 

• Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships

 

 

Carriers and Delivery

• Ships by standard parcel carrier such as UPS or FedEx

 

• Delivery is curbside or doorstep only and does not include inside delivery or installation

 

• Signature may be required at the carrier’s discretion

 

 

Shipping damage

• Inspect all cartons at delivery and note any visible damage with the driver before signing

 

• If damage is severe refuse the shipment and contact Sauna Luxuries immediately with photos

 

• Once damage is confirmed we will arrange repair or replacement at no additional cost

Return Eligibility

• Hukka accessories are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery

 

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all inserts included

 

• All returns require prior authorization from Sauna Luxuries

 

To request a return, contact Sauna Luxuries with your order number and reason for return.

 

 

Change of Mind Returns

• For buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping

 

• Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable, even when shipping was free at checkout

 

• Items must be packed securely in the original or equivalent protective packaging

 

• Refunds are issued for the product price to the original payment method after inspection

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify Sauna Luxuries within 2 business days of delivery

 

• Provide clear photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and product

 

• Once confirmed, we will repair or replace the item or issue a refund and cover return shipping

 

 

Warranty Support

• Hukka accessories are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

 

• Natural color variation, veining, and small surface differences in Carelian soapstone are normal and not defects

 

• Damage from misuse, dropping, impact, thermal shock, or improper placement in the heater is not covered

 

If you believe your Hukka product has a manufacturing defect, contact Sauna Luxuries with photos and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the distributor and manufacturer and guide you through the next steps.
