Free Ground Shipping – Most orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. include free standard delivery.

Fast Dispatch – In‑stock heaters and accessories ship within 2‑7 business days. Custom or special‑order items require additional lead time.

Delivery Methods – Smaller items ship via UPS or FedEx. Larger items (sauna stoves and complete kits) ship via freight, which is curbside only. You’ll need to arrange equipment (e.g., a forklift) to move large crates from the truck to the final location and must be present to sign for freight deliveries.

Inspect Your Shipment – Check packages for missing or damaged parts upon arrival. Report any damage within 24 hours to start a claim.

Eligibility – Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging to qualify for return. Custom‑made items, special orders and any item that has been installed or used cannot be returned.

Return Window & Fees – Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and retaining the original pallet/crate for freight returns. A minimum 25 % restocking fee applies to cover outbound shipping and handling.

Return Process – Please contact Sauna Luxuries directly to initiate a return. We will coordinate with Bathing Brands to issue the return authorization and provide detailed instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Orders that have left the warehouse are not eligible for full refunds.

Manufacturer Warranty – Narvi provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased through authorized dealers. Wood‑burning stoves and masonry cauldrons are warranted for 2 years; electric heaters and control panels for 2 years; resistors for 12 months; infrared heater elements for 6 months; spare parts and accessories for 2 years. Commercial use shortens coverage to 1 year for wood‑burning units.

Exclusions & Claims – Warranty coverage does not include damage due to improper installation, misuse, modifications, non‑Narvi parts, consumables or shipping/storage damage. Removal/re‑installation costs and freight charges are not covered. To file a warranty claim, contact Bathing Brands; the manufacturer may repair, replace or provide a price reduction at its discretion.
